Are you a knitter or crocheter? Do you know someone who is? We need your help!
Back in December, we put out yarn stations at both libraries and invited patrons to make squares to be turned into blankets for Project Linus. The response was overwhelming, and by early January we had enough squares for two lovely baby blankets.

But it didn't end there! Patrons have continued to donate squares they made at home, and now we need to call in the troops--we're looking for more people to help us join the individual squares and turn them into more blankets. If you knit or crochet, please consider taking home a handful of squares and a skein of yarn to turn into a blanket for a kid who will love it.
We'll have all of the squares and yarn ready in the break room at Main, starting on Tuesday, March 2. You can stop by any time to pick out your squares.
I'm happy to answer any questions, and can even lend you a crochet hook if you'd like!
